The story behind this

DR ELLIE HAMBLY · CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

For parents who want to feel like themselves again

28 Days of Gentle Support

You have been tired for a long time. Not just today. Not just this week. The kind of tired that sleep does not fix.

This is a clinically-informed programme designed to make small, genuine shifts - five minutes a day - that leave you feeling lighter and more yourself again.

£28 one-off  ·  Self-paced  ·  Email-based  ·  No subscription

You are snapping at the people you love most and then lying awake feeling guilty about it. You are holding everything together - the children, the work, the household, the invisible mental load of remembering everything for everyone - and somewhere in the middle of all of it, you have lost the thread back to yourself.

You have tried things. Of course you have. You are not someone who gives up.

But the apps, the routines, the supplements, the self-care Sunday that lasted one Sunday - none of it has got to the root of it. Because nothing addresses what is actually going on.

28 Days of Gentle Support is different. Not because it asks more of you. Because it asks less - and works with the nervous system you actually have, not the one you wish you had.

What this work does
What happens when you begin

This programme is new. I am not going to invent responses I have not received. What I can tell you is what I noticed in myself when I worked through this - and what the parents I work with clinically describe when they begin making the kinds of small, values-led shifts this programme is built around. The resentment you did not even realise you were holding starts to loosen. The guilt becomes quieter - not gone, but less automatic. You begin to feel, in small moments, more like the person you were before the exhaustion set in. That is what 28 days of this can do. Not everything. Not a transformation overnight. But a beginning - and a real one.

The story behind this

There was a time when I was bone tired.

I was snapping at my children, not enjoying the moments I wanted to enjoy, and carrying constant tension in my body - headaches, getting ill frequently, an eye twitch, and a sense that I was always running on empty.

On the outside, I seemed to be fine and holding it all together. But I knew I wasn't.

I still get tired now. The occasional eye twitch returns if I have pushed too hard. But it is no longer that deep, depleting exhaustion. I have built small things into my life that bring me joy. And I have let go of a lot of the resentment I did not even realise I was holding.

That did not happen through a big overhaul. It happened through small, gentle changes that actually fit into real life.

That is what I want to share with you.

No subscription. No ongoing commitment.
