About Dr. Ellie Hambly
Clinical Psychologist
Dr Ellie Hambly is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive—mentally, emotionally, and holistically.
Her work blends the depth of clinical psychology with a compassionate, person-centred approach. She draws on a wide range of evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness-based practices. Dr Hambly believes that true wellbeing goes beyond the mind alone; she integrates principles of lifestyle medicine, nervous system regulation, values-led living, and the importance of meaningful connection into every aspect of her practice.
Throughout her career, Dr Hambly has supported clients across the lifespan—from young people navigating anxiety and low mood, to adults managing trauma, burnout, and stress-related difficulties. She has worked in NHS teams, private practice, schools, and corporate settings, always with the same aim: to create safe, supportive spaces where individuals can better understand themselves, build resilience, and live more aligned, fulfilling lives.
Dr Hambly approaches her work with warmth, curiosity, and integrity. Whether running a workshop, offering one-to-one sessions, or developing digital resources, she brings both clinical rigour and human connection to every interaction.
