A realistic way to feel steadier, even when life is full
28 Days of Gentle Support is a self-paced, email-based resource designed for parents who are holding a lot and want support that fits into real life.
Each day, you’ll receive a short, evidence-informed reflection or practice, designed to take five minutes or less. The focus is on nervous-system-informed support that helps things feel more manageable, without adding pressure or expectations.
This isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about small, consistent moments of support that build over time.
What’s included:
28 daily emails, delivered over 28 days
Simple practices grounded in psychology and nervous system science
Gentle prompts you can return to at your own pace
Designed to fit around busy family life
How it works:
Your first email will arrive 24 hours after purchase, followed by daily emails for the next 28 days. You can dip in, pause, or revisit any part of the resource at any time.
If it feels helpful, you’re welcome to email me during the 28 days to share reflections or intentions. There’s no obligation to do this, and no expectation of individual therapeutic support.
Important to know:
This resource offers psychoeducation and wellbeing support. It is not a substitute for individual therapy. If you feel that therapeutic support would be helpful, you’re welcome to seek this separately through your GP or another qualified mental health professional. I also offer clinical psychology services outside of this programme, with details available on my website.
