Consultations

Cancellation by Client

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

Cancellation by Dr. Ellie Hambly

If Dr. Ellie Hambly needs to cancel your consultation appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund.

Online Courses

Purchasing Online Courses

Under UK law, consumers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. During this time, you may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the course materials.

Instantly Downloadable Content

For online courses that are immediately downloadable, you will be asked to provide explicit consent to waive your 14-day cancellation rights under UK law before completing the purchase.
Once the course has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are not available.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course content, please contact us immediately for assistance. Refunds for technical issues may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Workshops

Cancellation by Participant

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Dr. Ellie Hambly

If a workshop is cancelled by Dr. Ellie Hambly, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available workshop date.
